STRESZCZENIE
W artykule przedstawiono wybrane metody badań powłok na wyrobach stalowych, służące kompleksowej ocenie jakości i właściwości powłok ochronnych. Wykonano badania topografii powierzchni, składu che-micznego (za pomocą spektrometru GD OES) i mikrostruktury powłok cynkowych. Prezentowane badania zostały wykonane w Instytucie Metalurgii Żelaza w Gliwicach.

SUMMARY
Selected examination methods of zinc coatings on steel sheets were shown. These methods are using for the complete evaluation of quality and characteristics of coatings. Investigations of surface topography, chemical composition (using GD OES spectrometer) and microstructure of zinc coatings were carried out. Presented examinations were made at the Institute for Ferrous Metallurgy in Gliwice.
