STRESZCZENIE

W artykule omówiono główne aktualne programy pomocy finansowej adresowane przede wszystkim do małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MŚP). W szczególności programy w ramach Funduszy Strukturalnych,
7 Programu Ramowego i Programu Ramowego  na rzecz Konkurencyjności i Innowacji. Omówienie dotyczy za­równo strumieni finansowania pośredniczonych przez instytucje polskie jak i unijne. Naczelne miejsce w drodze do realizacji celów Strategii Lizbońskiej zajmuje potrzeba rozwoju ekonomii opartej na wiedzy przez badania naukowe, rozwój technologiczny i innowacyjność. Programy pomocowe i instrumenty finansowe są głównym narzędziem wiodącym do tego celu. Ten miniprzewodnik zawiera krótką charakterystykę każdego programu i najważniejsze aspekty na które należy zwrócić uwagę.

SUMMARY

Basic current programs of financial support addressed mainly to small and medium enterprices (SME)  are discussed. In particular the Seventh Research Framework Program, the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Program and programs using the Structural Funds. Description concerns financial support streems both through polish and european institutions. Central to the realisation of the goals of the Lisbon Agenda is the need to promote the knowledge economy, in particular through research, technological development and innovation. Support programs and financial instruments are the main tool for achieving this goal. This miniguide includes a short description of each fund and the main aspects which should be considered.
