STRESZCZENIE
W pracy przedstawiono technologię natryskiwania plazmowego powłok na wały główne silników lotniczych. Omówiono stosowane obecnie powłoki ochronne, w tym powłokowe bariery cieplne TBC. Opisano przebieg procesu natryskiwania plazmowego oraz zasady oceny mikrostruktury powłok naniesionych metodą APS. Przedstawiono stan obecny oraz kierunki rozwoju powłokowych barier cieplnych.

SUMMARY
Technology of plasma coating on aircraft engine shaft is presented. Currently used protective coating, including thermal barrier coatings (TBC) are described. Plasma coating process and rules of microstructure evaluation of coatings done with air plasma spraying method (APS) are presented The state of art and directions of development of thermal barrier coatings are described.
