SUMMARY
Cold spraying is the modern method of thermal spraying. Thanks to the avoidance of detrimental effect of high temperature on surface particles and substrate, this method allows to obtain coating properties which are impossible to achieve by conventional thermal spraying methods. Paper presents bases of cold spraying proc-ess and its industrial applications. Results of structure investigations of cold sprayed copper coating carried out by means of SEM Jeol JSM 5400 are presented.
