SUMMARY
Results of structure, chemical composition, thickness and heat resistance tests of Ni-Al-Cr diffusion layers are presented. The layers were produced on C45 and WNL steel samples by means of initial nickel electroplating and further diffusion chromo-aluminizing in powder mixture of composition: 60%(60%Al+40%Fe-Cr), 39,5% kaolin, 0,5% NH4Cl at temperature of 950°C within 6 hours. The obtained testing results have proved, that produced layers are characterized by high resistance to cyclic oxidation within the temperature range of 670°C - 850°C. The layers produced on C45 steel showed the highest heat resistance.
