SUMMARY
The paper presents examples of anticorrosion nitriding with subsequent oxidation and inhibitor impregna-tion, as applied to hydraulic actuator rods and some mass-produced automotive parts. There is present for nitriding example of hydraulic actuator rods, a modification of nitriding processes independent on mass and surface area of batch. The risks are presented of the formation of unfavourable structure of nitride layer, char-acterized by local areas of insufficient thickness of compact zone.
